Comcast delivers 'anytime, anywhere' entertainment and products to multifamily.(Interview)

What new products and services do you offer?

Comcast recently introduced two new smart phone applications or "apps", the XFINITY TV app and the XFINITY Mobile app. Both apps are currently offered with the iPad[R], iPhone[R] and iPod touch[R], and you can also access the XFINITY Mobile app with the Android[IM].

The XFINITY TV app reinvents the way customers interact with their TV entertainment by giving them more choice and control. It enables customers to change TV channels or schedule their DVRs remotely from their devices. It also helps them to search among thousands of programming choices--including top movies and premium channels--on TV and On Demand. Users can even watch their favorite On Demand shows and movies anytime, anywhere with their iPad.

With the XFINITY Mobile app, customers can access their home email and voicemail, and link to the XFINITY TV app whenever and wherever they want. They can receive push notifications when they receive a new email, view their home call logs, sync to their online Universal Address Book, manage their Comcast account, and even make payments.
